Join us for a special Hanamāʻulu Beach & Ahukini Landing Cleanup as we work together to protect one of Kauaʻi’s most impacted coastal areas and prepare for our first coral restoration collection at this site!

About the event
We’re excited to partner with Restore Hanamāʻulu and Kauaʻi Ocean Awareness for a beach and underwater cleanup at Hanamaʻulu Beach Park & Ahukini Landing! This area is one of the top marine animal entanglement hotspots on Kauaʻi, and regular cleanups are essential to keeping it safe. This effort is extra special as we prepare to collect our first corals of opportunity for restoration through the Kauaʻi Coral Restoration Nursery!
Divers! If you’d like to participate in the underwater cleanup, please reach out in advance if you need gear. We recommend Sea Sport Divers for rentals—let them know you're joining a Hoʻomalu Ke Kai cleanup!
